At this time, we do not accept self-referrals.

We accept adults (18+) who:
Can live independently
Benefit from a stable, structured environment
Are seeking mid-term transitional housing
Are connected to a support agency or caseworker
We cannot accommodate clients requiring medical supervision or 24/7 care.

Placement can occur within 1–7 days, depending on room availability and client suitability.

No. Uplift Housing is not an emergency shelter.
We cannot offer crisis placements.

Uplift Housing provides housing only.
Caseworkers or external agencies remain responsible for clinical, addictions, financial, or therapeutic support.

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, clients must:
Follow quiet hours
Maintain cleanliness
Respect roommates and staff
Refrain from substance use inside the home
Avoid disruptive or unsafe behavior
These standards help support stability for all residents.

Visitors may be allowed depending on the house and situation, but must not disturb other residents.
Overnight guests are not permitted.

Tours are limited and by appointment only, to avoid disturbing residents.
If a tour is not possible, we will provide photos and a full description of the home.
